CANCELLATIONS
- The booking can be modified or cancelled for free if it's done 48hrs before the scheduled arrival date.
- Leaving early will not result in a refund of the remaining stay.
PARKING
- No large vehicles are allowed.
- No trailers
- One vehicle per cabin.
THEFT/DAMAGES
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage sustained from adverse weather conditions
RIGHTS
- We have the right to deny service.
- We have the right to kick you out if you are disorderly or don't follow the rules.
RULES
- There is limited space and lots of activities. Speeds over 5mph will not be tolerated.
- From 10:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. are quiet time hours. During those hours we ask that you keep the noise down and limit your movements outside the cabins. If there are complaints we will issue a warning. If the warning is ignored, we will immediately ask you to leave the property.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the rental space only.
- Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind inside the rentals.
- No pets allowed. If you have a service animal, you must inform us of that before the date of your arrival.
